Welcome to the Pavilion Adult Community. A 55 and over community located at the Jersey Shore, in Brick, New Jersey. Active adults and retirees are drawn to The Pavilion because of its desirable amenities, beautiful homes, and location in Ocean County, where residents can enjoy waterfront access as well as proximity to New York City, Atlantic City and Philadelphia.
Amenities
 At the center of the community is Le Club, where neighbors can gather to stay socially active and physically fit. The Pavilion offers a newly remodeled, well-equipped state of- the-art fitness center. Le Club also gives residents plenty of areas to socialize with friends with a friendly game of billiards, cards and board games. Le Club also features a catering kitchen, and a multi-purpose room. Le Club is where many social events, Broadway style shows, dinner-dances, community breakfasts, and parties take place.
The amenities continue outdoors with a pool, large sun deck, patio, and two bocce ball courts that allow residents to make the most out of the warmer months.
Description
The Pavilion was developed between 1988 and 1998. This 190-home community offers 92 condos and townhomes, available on a resale-only basis. The condos and townhomes range in size from 1,236 to 1,586 square feet and offer two bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. Some of these units boast granite countertops, loft areas, walk-in closets, and wood floors.
The 98 single-family homes within The Pavilion range in size from approximately 1,197 to 1,900 square feet and offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one or two-car garage. These homes offer residents plentiful sunlight, private patios, dens, and ranch-style living.
Lifestyle
 Living at The Pavilion means having access to wonderful amenities and a close-knit neighborhood. Homeowners regularly gather at Le Club. You can challenge each other on the Bocce Ball Courts, Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball Courts. The Pavilion also features a beautiful 67,000-gallon in the ground swimming pool and an extra-large sundeck. Many residents enjoy a brisk walk around the beautiful, fully landscaped, surroundings. Residents also find themselves with more time to do as they please, thanks to the homeowners' association (HOA).  Brick is a highly favored retirement destination for active adults in New Jersey, offering residents miles of beaches, the Mantoloking Bridge County Park and Traders Cove recreational area, where you can fish, crab or store your boat, to name a few. The Metedeconk River, and several golf courses are just a short drive away. Brick Township has its own executive county golf course, located at Forge Pond. For big-city entertainment, Philadelphia, New York City, and Atlantic City are all just a short drive away.
